I booked here just recently for 2 guests. Upon arrival there my traveller who is 60 years old and has oxygen fell going into the front door. They have it on camera and I was told that front doorway is for paying guests to hotel. I was shocked what he said as I called and said had a booking here so we could get into front entrance. So not only the stairs to go to first floor. The room I had booked was on second floor. There was no way that my 60 year old guest could not walk up all those stairs. The guy who was working said I wouldn't be charged because of the circumstances. I ended up paying the whole cost. What a disgrace. Seriously it does not say anything about not being suitable for easy accessible. This place was a disgrace and left the two travellers stranded in Toronto for 2 days. Plus when I was helping my friend get up of the ground infront of the entrance door. Who said their doorway was clean?? It was disgusting specifically a full needle right outside the entrance. I do have a picture of it. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING PLACE TO BE NOT RECOMMENDED

My friend and I stayed here to crash after a concert. It was the first time both of us stayed in a hostel, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and our roommate was kind and respectful. Location is great. The property manager came in the room in the morning before checkout time without knocking while I wasn’t wearing any clothes which was unpleasant. He told me that I should be changing in the bathroom not the room. That could definitely be handled better. Overall I was very happy to stay at this location because of the price, cleanliness and location. Thank you.
